Russia suspended supplies by rail through Baltic states

We expect important supply difficulties and disruptures for the next 3-4 months due to the political crisis between Russia and Baltic sea countiries, where all the Russian synthetic rubber warehouses are located. Russia suspended supplies by rail through Tallinn, Estonia and Riga, Latvia, but said the stoppage was not for political reasons. The showdown will take place at an E.U.- Russia summit in the Russian city of Samara on May 18 and European diplomats are ready to read the riot act to Mr. Putin over a growing number of disputes.
