FillersCarbon Blacks
Carbon black production in Russia represents the example of quick adaptation of local Russian technology to world’s requirements. Within several years most of major plants, including OMSK, YAROSLAVL, KREMENCHUG have passed to producing Carbon Blacks under ASTM standard, carefully revising their packaging at the same time. Now blacks from those plants have gained approval from major tire manufacturers, including GoodYear, Michelin, Cooper Tire etc. The following are our major grades, though speciality grades like N326, N339, N347, N375 etc. could be produced against a firm order.
Carbon Black is available in different types of packaging (see picture 3 below): big bags palletised, small sacks palletised and loose sacks. Whenever it is necessary, we enclose a p/e liner bag inside the container not to pollute it with possible leakage.

The latter conceive operation of special silo storage tanks on the Russian boarder in order to tranship from Russian silo railcars to customer’s transport means (either European railcars or silo trucks or big bags). It is also possible to adapt ordinary sea containers to carry Carbon Black using specially designed and hermetic Powertex PowerlinersTM.
